WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, empathetic support across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent Italian and C1 English, 24/7 rotational shifts, onsite work, and relocation support. Attractive package includes €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries, food allowance, and a welcome bonus.

Job description

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
