WW Talents in Porto, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across multiple markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

You must be fluent in Italian with a C1 level of English, possess strong customer service and communication skills, and be comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts.

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)
