WW Talents in Porto, Portugal (onsite) invites a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational environment.

The role requires fluent Italian and C1 English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and readiness to learn and manage large information sets; relocation and accommodation support

LOCATION

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities
