CBTalents.org is partnering with a leading global insurance organization to hire an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon. You will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers and insurance partners, handling calls and emails to provide product information and resolve policy questions.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1–C2) and good English, with a 1000 EUR monthly salary, up to 100 EUR performance bonus and a 7.63 EUR net meal allowance per working day.

YOUR ROLE

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll provide professional support to customers and insurance brokers through phone and email.

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from Italian-speaking customers
• Responding to customer inquiries via email
• Providing clear information about insurance products and coverage
• Assisting with policy-related questions and cancellations
• Supporting insurance brokers with their inquiries
• Delivering friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer service
• Accurately handling customer information and requests
• Meeting quality and performance standards

Salary & Benefits

€1,000/month salary

Up to €100 performance bonus

€7.63 net meal allowance per working day

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday including bank holidays

Rotational shifts between 07:30–20:00

Weekends OFF
