Hiring International Academy is seeking an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. The role involves assisting Italian-speaking customers and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Willingness to relocate within the EU is required. The candidate will handle inquiries about products, services, orders, and billing, while documenting interactions in internal systems and meeting performance targets.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English C1 level or higher
• EU citizenship (mandatory)
• Willingness to relocate within the EU
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and adaptability
• Flexibility to work shifts if required
