Job summary

Amcor seeks a Customer Service Representative with Italian to support AFEMEA customers across multiple hubs, including Porto and Prague. The role covers end-to-end order handling, stakeholder coordination, and continuous service improvements in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Italian, experienced with SAP/Salesforce, and able to collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position (packaging/manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills are appreciated.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management, from placement to delivery in ERP/SAP systems.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, logistics, and finance to meet customer requirements and communicate delays.
• Lead periodic performance reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Share customer forecasts and information with colleagues to improve service levels.
• Proactively manage inventory levels and aging stock in collaboration with other functions.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, initiating returns when needed.
• Expedite rush shipments and monitor progress to delivery; support credit/debit notes.
• Support disputed invoices and collaborate with finance and collections to resolve issues.
