Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialist to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat to ensure quick resolution and a great experience.

The role requires fluency in Italian and good English, with prior banking/financial services or contact centre experience seen as an advantage.

We are looking for Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across a wide range of banking and financial services enquiries. You will handle customer interactions via phone, email and chat, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from beginning to end, including more complex requests.
• Provide support with banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair and appropriate outcomes.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
• Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy.
• Holiday entitlement: 22 days per year, according to Portuguese law

• Base Salary: €1391.83 month
