Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialist to join our international customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat and delivering professional service.

You will manage cases end-to-end, support banking transactions, fraud-related issues, disputes and chargebacks, and adapt to changing customer needs while upholding high quality standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and good English required.
• Experience in banking, financial services, customer service or contact centres is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon.

We are looking for Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across a wide range of banking and financial services enquiries. You will handle customer interactions via phone, email and chat, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

• Provide support with banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
• Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy.
• Holiday entitlement: 22 days per year, according to Portuguese law

• Base Salary: €1391.83 month
