Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming user requests via telephone, email, chat, log case details, and provide response within SLA.
• Aim for high Customer Satisfaction scores and provide status/resolution updates to customers.
• Deliver high-caliber post-sales customer service (delivery, warranties, refunds).
• Inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Log and follow up on orders or requests; capture required data in CRM.
