Recruityard is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Technical Support agent for a 100% remote role in Portugal. You will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat while identifying sales opportunities and promoting suitable products and services.

Required: fluent Italian and English (C2) and previous sales experience. Experience in Technical Support or Contact Centre is a plus. The role includes paid training, a rotating schedule, and private health insurance.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and English at C2 level.
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
• Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate.
• Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
