• Italian-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
• Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
• Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
• Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
• As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation

Candidate Profile

• Native-level Italian language skills (C2) + English fluent
• Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage
• Patience to communicate and solve issues
• Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
