Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international travel platform in Porto. You will assist customers with travel bookings, changes and cancellations, delivering professional and efficient service.

The role requires fluent Italian, English at least B2, and GDS experience; on-site work in Porto with EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence. The position offers a central Porto office, fully paid training, and career development

Qualificações

About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international business travel platform in Porto.

You will assist customers with travel bookings, changes and cancellations while delivering a professional and efficient service.

Please note that this opportunity is within the BPO/customer experience industry.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with travel bookings, changes and cancellations.
• Provide information about destinations, services and policies.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Collect and report customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred.
• GDS experience is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to anticipate issues and identify solutions.
• Availability to work on-site in Porto.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit with full working rights.
