WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, fully remote team in Greece. The role offers paid training and a competitive package with 14 monthly salaries of €1,050 gross each, plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

You will handle inquiries in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), assist with platform questions, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working flexible, rotational shifts. Relocation support is provided for EU candidates.

Qualificações

• Languages: Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve account-related issues, and guide users.
• Troubleshoot product questions and document interactions in CRM.
