Caixa Mágica Software in Lisbon is seeking a Recruitment Intern to engage in sourcing and assessing IT candidates. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and a strong interest in recruitment, particularly in the IT sector.

The role includes preparing job ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. Expect a dynamic team that values training, social events, and personal growth.

Overview

What will you do?

• Preparing and publishing job advertisements on recruitment platforms;
• Actively sourcing and approaching IT candidates;
• Screening CVs and validating technical and functional requirements;
• Scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit;
• Preparing interview reports and supporting hiring decisions;
• Monitoring and updating recruitment processes and pipelines.

Additionally:

• Supporting the monitoring of internship programs and internal academies throughout the year;
• Representing Caixa Mágica Software at job fairs and employer branding events.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Selection, particularly within the IT sector;
• Knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
• Proactive, dynamic, and motivated attitude;
• Good command of English;
• Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory).
