Being part of the Internal Support team at Unipartner comes with an exciting and hands-on challenge. The Hardware / IT Support Technician plays a key role in ensuring that our employees have the right equipment, tools and technical support to work smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for a responsible, service-oriented and detail-driven team member to support the preparation, configuration, delivery and maintenance of IT equipment, while providing first-line technical support to Unipartner end-users.
The Challenge
As part of this role, you will:
- Prepare, configure and deliver IT equipment, including laptops, monitors and peripherals;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective support to users;
- Manage the IT equipment lifecycle, including inventory control, asset tracking, replacements and maintenance activities;
- Install, replace and troubleshoot IT components and peripherals when required;
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users, both on-site and remotely;
- Register, follow up and resolve requests and incidents through the ticketing platform;
- Escalate incidents to second- and third-line support teams whenever necessary;
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation, configuration and recovery of IT equipment;
- Provide basic support for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Microsoft 365 environments;
- Update and maintain technical documentation, internal procedures and knowledge base articles.
We are looking for bright talent with:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Hardware Support, Service Desk or similar roles;
Required Tech Skills:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common end-user productivity tools;
- Experience with ticketing platforms and remote support tools;
- Experience with IT asset management, equipment inventory and technical documentation;
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi and VPN;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID is valued;
- Experience configuring and supporting Android and iOS mobile devices is a plus.

Required Languages:
- Fluent in Portuguese and intermediate level of English, both written and spoken;
