Metyis AG is seeking an IT Support Engineer Intern to join our Porto Digital Campus on-site, supporting the internal IT team and users. This IEFP program role offers hands-on experience with standard office hardware, software, and cloud tools within a global environment.

You will assist users, troubleshoot issues, and participate in onboarding/offboarding and device deployment using Intune and Autopilot, while learning from experienced IT professionals in a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• Exposure working onsite providing IT Support.
• Experience with standard office hardware and apps.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft Cloud products.

Responsabilidades

• Assist end users on standard office applications and best practices.
• Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, and services with employees.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding technical aspects.
• Install and deploy hardware using Intune and Autopilot.
• Monitor hardware warranties and repairs.
• Maintain IT process manuals and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams for daily support.
