Metyis is growing and seeking an IT Support Engineer with 2+ years of onsite experience to join our internal IT team at the Porto Digital Campus. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues, assist with onboarding and device deployment, and support Teams and collaboration tools.
You will work closely with internal IT staff and external partners to maintain IT operations, contribute to modernization efforts, and help deliver reliable technology experiences for colleagues
Qualificações
- 2+ years of on-site IT support experience.
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 admin and device management.
- Experience configuring Windows/macOS devices and onboarding workflows.
- Fluent Portuguese and proficient English; strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Responsabilidades
- Assist end users with office applications and workplace tech.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and IT services.
- Onboard/offboard employees, configure devices and access.
- Install and deploy Windows/macOS using Intune and Autopilot.
- Support smartphones/tablets and manage device lifecycles.
- Support Teams, meeting rooms, and video conferences.
- Maintain IT documentation and manuals; participate in modernization projects.
- Collaborate with internal IT and external partners for smooth support.
