Metyis is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our global internal IT team at the Porto Digital Campus. You will guide end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

The role requires 2+ years of onsite IT support experience, strong communication, and fluency in Portuguese and English. You will collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth operations, support Microsoft 365 services, and assist with onboarding/offboarding and

Qualificações

2+ years of experience working onsite in IT Support / Workplace Support
Familiarity with modern workplace technologies, Microsoft Cloud, Endpoint Management
Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
Excellent customer service and communication skills; energetic, positive, proactive, and enjoy helping people
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and organize and structure your own work and tasks

Responsabilidades

Assist and guide end users on how to use standard office applications and workplace technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity
Handle onboarding and offboarding ensuring devices, accounts, and access are properly configured
Install, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS devices using Intune and Autopilot
Support and manage smartphones and tablets (iPhones, iPads, Android)
Monitor and manage hardware lifecycle activities (warranties, replacements, repairs)
Provide support for Microsoft Teams, meeting rooms, and video conferencing systems
Maintain IT manuals, knowledge articles, and documentation
