Kardex Portugal invites an experienced Solution Architect SAP Security and Authorization to join our Lisbon co-working space near Parque das Nações. You will own the SAP authorization concepts, work on S/4HANA and FIORI, and collaborate with international teams to strengthen our SAP landscape.

The role requires hands-on experience with XITING XAMS, SAP Cloud Identity Services, and IAM processes, plus a focus on compliance and user licensing.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in SAP security and authorizations across S/4HANA and ECC.
• Strong knowledge of SAP role and authorization concepts and Fiori frameworks.
• Hands-on with SAP Cloud Identity Services and IAM processes.
• Familiar with compliance, governance and audit requirements and license administration.
• Experience with XITING XAMS or similar authorization management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and advance SAP authorization concepts in S/4HANA and Fiori.
• Support and extend the XAMS add-on for authorization management.
• Develop and administer SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Lead SAP authorizations for S/4HANA and SAP ECC including user licensing.
• Ensure compliance for SAP user and role administration and audits.
• Assist transformation projects and support users.
• Analyze and resolve authorization problems across SAP solutions.
• Advise internal consultants on SAP authorizations and audits.

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the administration and further development of our SAP authorization concepts in the SAP S/4 HANA environment including FIORI
• You will take care of the support and further development of the XAMS add-on from XITING for authorization management and cooperation in projects are part of your area of responsibility
• The role includes also further development and administration of SAP Cloud Identity Services
• You have leading responsibility for all aspects of SAP authorizations in S/4HANA and SAP ECC
• You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance requirements for SAP user and role administration, including correct user licensing
• You will be involved in our transformation project and provide support for users
• Your area of responsibility also includes analyzing and solving authorization problems in all SAP solutions (S/4 HANA, Fiori, SAP ECC, etc.)
• You will advise our in-house consultants on SAP authorizations and support audits, among other things

Your profile

You have solid experience in SAP Security & Authorizations, ideally within complex SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC. You possess strong knowledge of SAP role and authorization concepts, including the design and maintenance of Fiori authorization frameworks. You bring hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and Identity & Access Management processes. You understand compliance, governance, and audit requirements and are familiar with secure user and license administration in SAP environments. You ideally have experience with XITING XAMS or comparable solutions for SAP authorization management. You combine strong analytical problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment.
