Empa-T in Portugal seeks an IT Recruiter to identify, engage, and place top technology professionals locally and abroad. You will manage end-to-end hiring, source through LinkedIn Recruiter, screen candidates, and build talent pipelines across multiple markets.

Fluent Portuguese and English are required, with onsite work in Mafra. You will collaborate with business managers and contribute to employer branding while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Interest in the IT market and technology sector.
• Experience with sourcing and talent attraction through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Availability to work onsite in Mafra.
