Required are strong planning, reporting to executives, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall or hybrid approaches, plus fluent English. The opportunity offers long-term career growth within a global Astek Group context.

• Proven experience in managing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience delivering projects related to AI, automation, or intelligent agents
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Excellent planning, coordination, and project tracking skills
• Experience with executive-level reporting and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in complex environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience working in technology-driven environments (software, data, or cloud projects)
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)
• Experience in AI-driven transformation programs
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and delivery models
