Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a software-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in professional software development.
• Strong experience with OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI-driven / conversational solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and gRPC.

We are looking for an Senior AI .NET Developer!

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven and conversational flows within a SaaS environment.
• Build and enhance solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, agents, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate internal and external systems through REST APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Design and implement solutions using data exchange formats and communication protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize conversational journeys, authentication flows, and customer interaction experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Perform code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
• Develop and maintain unit tests, monitoring, alerting mechanisms, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams to define technical solutions and influence product evolution.
• Contribute to product quality, security, performance, and architectural decisions.
• Support the development of highly scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms where applicable.

Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Up to 10 years of experience in the platform, technology stack, programming language, or framework specified for the service.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Data structures and algorithms
• Communication protocols and knowledge bases
• Advanced prompting techniques, agents, tools, and AI orchestration mechanisms
• Experience developing conversational, AI-driven, or low-code workflows.
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and gRPC.
• Experience with:
• Unit testing
• Monitoring and alerting solutions
• Technical documentation
• Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments is valued, including:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Experience in project delivery environments is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR compliance is considered a plus.
• Experience in customer contact center environments (conversational flows, authentication processes, customer journeys, and real-time customer interactions) is highly valued.
