Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing in Porto. We are seeking an Application Support & DevOps to develop and support AI solutions, APIs, and data pipelines across regions.

You will collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, security, and product teams in an international context within the Astek Group, offering long-term career opportunities and a people-first culture. English required; French is a plus.

Qualificações

  • Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Experience performing cybersecurity assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST or equivalent standards.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, information security, and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of IT continuity, disaster recovery, backup management, and operational resilience.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop, maintain, and support conversational AI solutions and use cases.
  • Provide operational support and enhancements for AI applications.
  • Collaborate with leads, BAs, and cross‑functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage API/RAG data pipelines.
  • Onboard new use cases and support deployment across regions/business units.
  • Create and manage technical environments and deployment playbooks.

We are looking for an Application Support & DevOps!

Responsabilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and support conversational AI solutions and use cases.
  • Contribute to both operational support and enhancement activities for AI applications.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, product owners, business analysts, and cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑driven solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Develop and integrate APIs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and data pipelines.
  • Onboard new use cases and support deployment across multiple business units or regions.
  • Create and manage technical environments for new implementations.
  • Develop onboarding documentation, technical guides, and deployment playbooks.
  • Provide technical support for AI applications and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor conversational AI applications, investigate incidents, and ensure service reliability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering, QA, and Security teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
  • Support the integration of new AI technologies and tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
  • Identify and address technical debt to improve maintainability.
  • Monitor applications and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, and dependencies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in AI, data engineering, DevSecOps, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices.
Requirements:
Experience & Technical Skills
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, information security, or technology governance.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Experience performing cybersecurity assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or equivalent standards.
  • General understanding of IT infrastructure, information security, and related operational processes.
  • Knowledge of IT continuity, disaster recovery, backup management, and operational resilience (including DORA requirements).
  • Understanding of cryptography concepts, including key management, certificate management, and cryptographic key management systems (CKMS).
  • Knowledge of network security concepts, including network hardening, segmentation, and secure architectures.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience producing assessment reports, governance documentation, and executive‑level reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and identify improvement opportunities.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in large‑scale cybersecurity transformation or compliance programs.
  • Experience working in international or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of project or program management methodologies.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Languages
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • French is a plus.
