Decskill, an IT consulting company with a strong local and international footprint, is seeking a Senior Project Program Manager to lead complex, multinational projects from Lisbon. You will drive scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating with stakeholders and delivering strategic outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Java Spring programming language.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with PostgreSQL.
• Mastery of CI/CD, microservices, unit testing, and versioning.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, IBM, etc.) and Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, ALM).
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the effective and efficient management of project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with project plans, including execution, communication, risk management, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure financial execution is aligned with project delivery and objectives.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, maintaining clear, proactive, and assertive communication.
• Prepare project reports and management information to support decision-making.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues, risks, and blockers to ensure successful project delivery.
