• Proven experience in managing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, automation, or intelligent-agent projects.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and project tracking skills.
• Experience with executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in technology-driven environments (software, data, or cloud).
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
