Decskill is growing and seeking a capable Application Production Support professional to own end-to-end IT project delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, act as the main contact for the project, and ensure governance and regulatory alignment across the group.

The role requires strong English fluency, experience with monitoring and DevOps tooling, and the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements while managing time and budget constraints.

Qualificações

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD; coordinates between dev, QA and ops.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms hosting solutions: AWS, Azure or GCP; cost, scalability and compliance awareness.
• Familiar with project-management platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com) or Jira Portfolio.
• Basic knowledge of legacy tools (WebSphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer).
• Fluency in the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for IT project objectives in line with business commitments and IT governance.
• Co-ordinate the entire IT project and all contributors.
• Serve as the go-to contact person for the IT project.
• Ensure knowledge of IT Projects Governance and correct application to the project.
• Maintain global knowledge of IT processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Plan and roll out projects end-to-end respecting time and resource constraints.
• Define and apply a project methodology.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks.
• Understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements.

We are looking for Application Production Support!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities, IT governance processes, and the sponsor’s expectations.
• Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors.
• The go-to contact person for the It project.
• Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context.
• Global knowledge of IT, its major processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Ability to anticipate, plan and roll out a project, from end-to-end, with respect to time and resource constraints (both budget and people), with internal or external people, to reach the defined goal.
• Ability to define and apply a project methodology.
• Ability to anticipate and handle risks associated with the project.
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in monitoring tools - such as Dynatrace.">
• DevOps (Stack) & CI/CD. Facilitates coordination between development, QA and operations; reduces lead time and risk.
• Understanding of Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.">
• Cloud Platforms. Most new solutions are hosted on AWS, Azure or GCP; the PM must manage cost, scalability and compliance.
• Project-Management Platforms -Central hub for planning, tracking, reporting and stakeholder visibility.
• Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or integrated tools such as Jira Portfolio.
• Legacy tools: some basic knowledge in Websphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer.
• Fluency in the english language.
