Decskill is seeking data engineering professionals to join a hybrid team focused on advanced data and AI initiatives. You will translate business requirements into robust data/AI solutions, leverage Snowflake for data modeling, and build pipelines with dbt across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or AI Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling and semantic layer design.
• Proven experience with dbt, including pipeline development across DEV, QA, PROD environments.
• Experience creating and managing semantic views (YAML-based) and data abstractions.
• Solid knowledge of Python for data processing, scripting, and AI integration.
• Practical experience implementing AI use cases (document processing, automated content generation).
• Exposure to enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini or similar).
• Familiarity with RAG concepts and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain or similar).
• Familiarity with AI agents and tool-calling mechanisms is a plus.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions in data/AI context.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused role with ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance and AI governance principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with developer productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code) is a plus.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or AI Engineering roles


• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling and semantic layer design


• Proven experience with dbt, including pipeline development and deployments across multiple environments (DEV, QA, PROD)


• Experience creating and managing semantic views (YAML-based) and data abstractions


• Solid knowledge of Python for data processing, scripting, and integration with AI services


• Practical experience implementing AI use cases, such as document processing (e.g., invoice scanning) and automated content generation


• Exposure to enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms)


• Basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar)


• Familiarity with AI agents and tool-calling mechanisms is a plus


• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, ideally in a data or AI context


• Ability to work in a hands-on, delivery-focused role, with ownership of implementation tasks


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders


• Experience with data governance and AI governance principles is a plus


• Familiarity with developer productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) is a plus
