Savior Artigos Texteis Lda seeks a French-speaking support specialist to handle escalated tickets and diagnose software issues for a Portuguese fintech platform. You will work primarily in French, with English training support, using MySQL, Postman, Slack, and MS Office to resolve root causes.

The role offers remote work from Portugal with one on-site day per quarter in Porto area, paid training in English, health insurance, and a path from fixed-term to permanent employment.

Qualificações

• Fluent French language is required.
• English level of B2 or higher is expected for training.
• Experience with MySQL/SQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket-handling skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Take over escalated tickets, chats and video calls that L2 couldn't close.
• Reproduce, analyze, and diagnose application errors.
• Query customer data in the database (MySQL) to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with the team using Postman and Slack to resolve issues.
• Propose improvements to management based on incidents.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

You'll support a French fintech platform that automates accounting and finance for SMEs: real bugs, real data, real business owners waiting for answers. In French.

What You'll Actually Do

• Take over escalated tickets, chats and video calls that L2 couldn't close
• Dig into application errors: reproduce, analyse, diagnose
• Check customer data directly in the database (MySQL) to catch errors at the source
• Work with Postman, Slack and the support team to get to the root cause
• Propose improvements to management based on the incidents you see
• Join the company's ongoing training and development programmes

You're a fit if you have

• Fluent French (it's the whole point)

• Working knowledge of MySQL/SQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket-handling skills

What You Get

• Remote work from Portugal (one on‑site day per quarter at the Porto / Vila Nova de Gaia office)
• Paid training: 12 working days, 8h/day, in English, €185.60 net/week
• Health insurance from day one
• 12-month fixed‑term contract; permanent contract for employment beyond 2 years
• 20 days holiday in year one (pro‑rata), 22 days afterwards
• Schedule: 40h/week, Mon–Fri, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 17:30
• Two pay options (monthly, 22 working days, gross):

Option A: No housing, €1,318.34 total cash

• Base salary: €998.00
• Christmas allowance: €83.17

Option B: With housing, €1,259.34 total package (€1,059.34 cash + €200 housing benefit)
