Job summary

HN Services Portugal seeks an IT Desktop Support Analyst to join our Lisbon/Porto operations, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and mobile devices in an international banking environment. You will deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, thin clients, iOS devices, and corporate apps, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and ensure SLAs while collaborating with global teams.

Strong customer service, ITIL and Microsoft experience are valued; the role requires flexibility

Qualifications

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware and software incidents and requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware and software incidents and requests.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, thin clients, tablets, mobile devices, telecoms and audiovisual equipment.
• Support Windows and macOS environments, including OS deployment and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure and maintain corporate and bespoke applications.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring SLAs and guidelines are met.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Provide support for networking and Wi‑Fi, including patching and root cause analysis.
• Support moves, relocations and project IT activities as required.
• Support printing and MFD environments.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records and device deployments.
