Quadrante is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a IT Business Analyst for our Porto office.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the analysis, definition, and monitoring of digital solutions that support our internal processes, working closely with different stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Prepare business and functional specifications (URS) to support the development of digital solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with defined requirements.
• Test and validate delivered functionalities, ensuring quality and adequacy to business needs.
• Manage and monitor system improvement and correction requests.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Produce supporting documentation such as user manuals and technical reports.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in functional analysis roles, preferably within digital transformation environments.
• Solid understanding of process analysis and requirements gathering methodologies.
• Experience with project and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Ability to interpret process flows and functional diagrams.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) will be valued.
• Advanced knowledge of English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Spanish will be valued.
