The ideal candidate will bring over four years of technology project experience and Salesforce certification. Responsibilities include translating CRM strategies into tech solutions and collaborating with clients for successful project execution. Excellent English proficiency is required. Qualificações

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us in Porto.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Technology projects, ideally with a first exposition to call‑centres
• Salesforce certification (Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator, super badges)
• Ability to translate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing strategies into system and technology solutions
• Ability to present ideas in context, which can be understood by technology, business and non‑IT personnel
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent proficiency in English
