Quadrante, based in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Junior Controller to join our team and contribute to profitability control on major building projects. The role includes monthly PMO activities, ageing balances, ERP planning, and dashboard maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–3 years in similar roles within consulting, audit, or multinational settings, with strong English and planning skills. We offer flexible working and international exposure.

Qualificações

• Degree or Master in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within consulting, audit or multinational environment.
• Proficiency with computer/IT tools.
• Knowledge of SAGE ERP (preferred).
• Good communication skills with stakeholders in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, dynamism and planning & organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monthly PMO for profitability control of significant projects.
• Periodic ageing analysis of outstanding balances.
• Monitoring and control of project planning records in the ERP system.
• Control and validation of project plannings with up-to-date dashboards/reports.
• Monitoring subcontracting processes with project teams.
• Support to the commercial area for new proposals/bids information requests.
• Assist in budgetary control files and comparative analyses.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Junior Controller to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Porto, Portugal | Seniority level: Junior

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Monthly PMO for profitability control of the most significant projects;
• Periodic ageing analysis of outstanding balances;
• Monitoring and control of project planning records in the ERP system;
• Control and validation of project plannings, ensuring dashboards and reporting are kept up to date;
• Monitoring of subcontracting processes, in coordination with project teams;
• Support to the commercial area in responding to information requests for new proposals/bids;
• Support in the preparation and setup of budgetary control files, including comparative analyses.
