Overview

Ensuring the security and integrity of information through managing computers, networks, and cybersecurity is crucial for any company. Our team plays a vital role in keeping data safe and secure, contributing to the smooth operation and trust across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with various infrastructure and procurement suppliers.
• Serve as the primary communication point for the Porto teams.
• Implement security standards, network protocols, and procedures as the management team decides.
• Act as the focal point for ISO27001 audits.
• Train and empower support analysts in the technical aspects mentioned below.
• Troubleshoot network issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and configuration of turnstiles/facial biometrics.
• Validate and monitor Change Requests from suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency knowledge in TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and others.
• Experience in ITSM
• Asset management, along with managing relationships with technology vendors, service contracts, and negotiations for the best cost-benefit ratio;
• It will be considered a plus:
• Expertise with Check Point, threat control, and traffic analysis;
• Basic rules of Cybersecurity and ISO27001 protocols;
