Claranet Portugal is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Talent Team in Porto. You will administer and maintain Microsoft infrastructure (AD, Exchange, Office 365), manage user access, and configure SSO while ensuring security, backup, and high availability.

You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance infrastructure and processes, leveraging expertise in VMware, FortiGate, and storage solutions like 3PAR/StoreOnce.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and database administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Agile and DevOps project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Experience managing users in Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience managing Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience managing IT infrastructure through WSUS.
• Experience administering and managing backup solutions such as Veeam and Backup Exec.
• Experience managing and administering Symantec SEP antivirus platform.
• Experience managing 3PAR Storage and StoreOnce.
• Ability to troubleshoot Cisco wireless networks.
• Experience creating and managing FortiGate rules.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
• Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems management.
• Knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware.
