Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an Operations Customer Expert to be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving a wide range of banking-related inquiries. This role offers relocation support to Portugal and a path to international career growth within a multicultural environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in Banking/FS/Insurance, English proficiency at C1/C2, and EU work authorization or Portuguese permit.

Qualificações

• C1/C2 level of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• EU work authorization or valid Portuguese work/residence permit.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve a wide range of customer queries via chat, phone, and email with first-contact resolution.
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, including complex cases.
• Support fraud investigations, disputes, chargebacks, and complaint resolution.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers, ensuring appropriate support and escalation when required.
• Build trust with customers by delivering outstanding service and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Share knowledge and provide support to colleagues to improve processes and customer outcomes.
• Adapt to evolving business and customer needs in a dynamic environment.
