Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to join an English-speaking team. You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

The role requires native or near-native English, at least 1 year in banking or related services, and EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit. Work is on-site with 24/7 rotating shifts; start date 30 October 2026. Full-time contract with a competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native English (C1/C2).
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services or insurance.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work or residence permit.
