KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an Irish Junior Sales Representative to drive outbound outreach, contact decision makers and close sales. You will explain products and value propositions to diverse businesses and run campaigns from idea generation to closure.

You will also lead sales workflow improvements, support existing customers with upsells, and troubleshoot minor technical issues with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Professional level of Irish is required.
• Good level of English.
• Experience with cold calling for 6–8 months.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact decision makers, build rapport, assess needs and close sales.
• Explain client products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of various verticals and sizes, and how they address client needs.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers evaluating the client products.
• Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure.
• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
• Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects.
• Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend.
• Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

Your job on a daily basis will be:

• Explain client products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and Explain how they address client needs
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating the client products.
