KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Junior Sales Representative to drive outbound outreach and convert interested prospects. You will conduct daily calls and emails, explain our products, and develop campaigns from idea to close, collaborating with the sales team to refine processes and increase client spend.

The role requires professional Dutch, good English, and at least 6–8 months of cold-calling experience, with a proactive mindset and the ability to build

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch at a professional level.
• Good level of English.
• 6–8 months of cold calling experience or similar outreach experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily outbound calls and emails to target decision makers.
• Explain client products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different sizes.
• Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation to initial pitch and pipeline qualification.
• Collaborate with the team to refine our sales process and workflows.
• Reach out to existing customers to pitch ancillary products or increase spend.
• Troubleshoot minor setup issues or route to the relevant teams.

About the job Dutch Junior Sales Representative - Lisbon

Your job on a daily basis will be:

• Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale
• Explain client products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and Explain how they address client needs
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating the client products.
• Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
• Lead and contribute to team projects to Develop and refine our sales process
• Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
• Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
• Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

What are the requirements:

• Profissional level of Dutch
• Good level of English
• Previous experience of at least 6/8 months in doing cold calling
