Our Talent Sourcing team will become the engine behind our international recruitment operation.

Together, we'll build one of Europe's strongest talent networks for engineers and technicians, supporting leading Dutch companies in high-tech, machine building and industrial automation.

You’ll work closely with our recruitment consultants in the Netherlands, providing them with a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates. Every successful placement starts with your work.

Experience in recruitment is a strong plus. We'll teach you everything about technical recruitment and our sourcing methodology.
