Motus People Engineering in Aveiro is launching a brand-new Talent Sourcing team to connect Europe's best engineers and technicians with leading Dutch companies. You will identify, engage and build pipelines across Europe, working with the Netherlands recruitment consultants to deliver a continuous flow of high-quality candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Search for engineers and technicians across Europe using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, Boolean searches and market research.
• Map talent within specific industries and target companies.
• Build long-term talent communities and pipelines.
• Start conversations with candidates through personalised outreach.
• Conduct first screening interviews to assess motivation, communication skills and relocation ambitions.
• Keep candidate information organised in our recruitment systems.
• Team up with Dutch recruitment consultants to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Experiment with AI and new recruitment technologies to stay ahead of the market.
