A Motus People procura um Técnico de Manutenção Senior para atuar em sistemas de automação avançados. Trabalhará no site do cliente, diagnosticando e resolvendo falhas, assegurando a operação confiável de máquinas de alta tecnologia.

Qualificações

• Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência prática com manutenção de maquinaria, sistemas de automação ou equipamento industrial.
• Formação técnica em Mecatrônica, Engenharia Mecânica ou Elétrica (ou equivalente) é um plus.
• Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente em ambientes dinâmicos.
• Comunicação em inglês.
• Vontade de entregar soluções sob pressão.
• Proatividade, flexibilidade e vontade de ampliar conhecimentos técnicos continuamente.

Responsabilidades

• Manutenção, solução de falhas e otimização de equipamentos de automação.
• Diagnosticar quebras mecânicas e elétricas no local e resolvê-las.
• Contribuir para a disponibilidade de produção com manutenção preventiva e melhorias de desempenho.

The Role

As allround Maintenance Technician, you will be at the heart of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced automation equipment and machinery. You’ll work on our customer's site, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of high-tech machinery. Beyond fixing problems, you’ll be contributing to long-term reliability by implementing preventive maintenance and advising customers on performance improvements.

In this role, you’ll:

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and repair of complex machinery;
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical-related breakdowns and resolve them on-site ;
• Play a key role in ensuring production uptime at all times, focussing on preventive maintenance and quality improvements;

This is You

• At least 5+ years experience hands-on experience with servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment ;
• A completed technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is a strong plus;
• Strongtroubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments;
• Communication skills in English ;
• A drive to deliver solutions under time pressure;
• Proactive, flexible, and eager to continuously expand your technical knowledge;

• A competitive salary between EUR 3.200-4.000 base salary depending on experience, plus shift allowance when working in shifts
