Your new role

As part of our Recruitment team, you will:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, understand job requirements, and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative means.
• Review applications and resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct thorough and insightful interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Actively manage the candidate pipeline, providing regular updates to hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to present to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
