Connect Digital in Lisbon is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join a team supporting a policy and claims management platform. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon with three days on-site.

You will troubleshoot, perform SQL‑based data analysis, collaborate with business, development and operations teams, and contribute to incident resolution and service improvement.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in application support, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of professional experience in application support or a similar role.
• Strong SQL Server data analysis and validation skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and assess operational impact.
• Proactive, autonomous problem-solving and collaboration with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support for a critical claims management platform.
• Monitor services and respond to incidents and service requests.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL Server.
• Collaborate with business, development and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Produce and maintain support documentation and incident logs.
• Contribute to ongoing service improvement and run/operations stability.
