Conectys, Lisbon-based, seeks an Inside Sales Representative fluent in English to connect with business customers and uncover opportunities. You will guide clients through the sales process, build lasting relationships, and help them choose the right products and services.

Qualificações

C2 level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.
Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities using internal SalesForce systems and CRM tools.
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.
