Conectys Portugal is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to engage Dutch-speaking business customers, identify opportunities, and guide them through the sales process with a customer-centric approach.

Based in Lisbon with a hybrid work setup, you will use Salesforce and CRM tools, receive ongoing sales coaching, and benefit from a signing bonus, relocation support, a base and performance bonuses tied to results.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering a great experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solutions.
• Document interactions and sales activities using CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Collaborate across teams to improve customer journey and business results.
