Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking an Inside Sales support professional to prepare quotations, develop offers for maintenance contracts, and drive customer engagement across the sales cycle.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, experience in commercial support, and strong collaboration with cross-functional sales teams to improve process efficiency and data quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluent Spanish and English (business-level, spoken and written).
• Experience in commercial support, inside sales, customer service, or sales operations environments.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer engagement activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and responsiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), SAP, quotation tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong digital mindset and the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage commercial quotations for the sales organization.
• Develop quotations for maintenance contracts, spare parts, service activities, and small interventions.
• Monitor and follow up on quotations to maximize business conversion opportunities.
• Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries related to commercial offers and sales support activities.
• Support prospecting activities and sales campaigns.
• Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities and leads.
• Maintain and update customer, lead, and opportunity data within CRM systems.
• Support prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality commercial support.
• Work with digital sales and quotation tools, contributing to process efficiency and data quality.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Inside Sales organization.
