Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal is seeking a professional to manage quotations, support customers through the quotation cycle, and coordinate orders from validation to delivery. The role requires fluent French and strong English, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work across functions with multiple stakeholders.

The team operates in a hybrid setup, offering flexibility, growth opportunities, and exposure to cross-functional sales operations.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in sales environments or quotation management.
• Strong customer orientation and focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Fluent French and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage customer quotations based on defined product references, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and customer expectations.
• Follow-up on quotations and support customers throughout the quotation process.
• Clarify customers to ensure alignment with specifications, pricing conditions, and commercial agreements.
• Manage orders from quotation validation through to logistics follow-up and delivery coordination.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders regarding commercial inquiries.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
