Siemens Global Business Services invites a dedicated Offer & Quotation Specialist for Building Automation who speaks French to join our France-focused MSD team. You will translate customer needs into technically feasible, commercially aligned proposals and coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Procurement.

You will manage technical and commercial documentation, develop cost estimates, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality quotations while upholding Siemens standards and sustainability

Qualificações

• Experience in technical-commercial proposal preparation, quotation management, or sales support.
• Engineering background enabling interpretation of complex requirements and translating into clear customer proposals.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; good command of English preferred.
• Ability to analyze technical specifications, tender documentation, and customer requirements.
• Understanding of costing, pricing, and commercial proposal processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify scope gaps, dependencies, exclusions, interfaces, and risks.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive communication and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse customer requirements, specifications, and tender documentation to understand scope, deliverables, constraints, and implications.
• Identify technical and commercial requirements, scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and clarification points.
• Translate customer needs into a clearly defined proposal scope aligned with Building Automation solutions.
• Support the definition of appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and SMEs.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposal documentation, including technical descriptions, scope documents, calculations, and supporting materials.
• Develop and consolidate cost estimates, pricing inputs, quantities, and other information required for quotation preparation.
• Ensure consistency between proposed solution, scope, costs, assumptions, customer requirements, and commercial conditions.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Engineering, Project Teams, Procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time proposal delivery.
• Support scope clarification, highlight risks or inconsistencies, and contribute to process improvements.
