Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal is seeking a Sales Order Support Analyst to join our MSD operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams across Europe, handling end-to-end order management, customer inquiries, and first-level support that drives timely, accurate deliveries.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery Services, and Warehouse teams, ensuring compliance with policies while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English and Italian.
• SAP MM/FI/SD knowledge.
• Service attitude and customer orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate, and process customers' sales orders according to policies.
• Perform predefined support activities for service operations and delivery.
• Execute order management within ERP for assigned customers.
• Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers.
• Resolve inquiries and provide 1st level support remotely and onsite as needed.
• Act as interface driving complex issues between customer and Siemens units.
• Ensure high-quality communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.
