OSQuay is seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician to join our team at an industrial facility in Vila do Conde. You will be the hands-on technical contact on the factory floor, making sure hardware, local networks, and user systems run smoothly to keep operations moving.

The role requires proactive troubleshooting, strong AD/DNS/DHCP knowledge, and the ability to work 100% on-site with rotating shifts and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT Support or Desktop Support, preferably in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and basic networking.
• Hands-on hardware skills for laptops, desktops and printers.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Advanced English for documentation and communication.
• On-site work in Vila do Conde with rotating shifts and weekend coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic network troubleshooting, supporting switching infrastructure, cable patching, and connectivity issues.

• Maintain local hardware stock, performing equipment setups, hardware upgrades, and component replacements.

We are looking for an On-Site IT Support Technician to join the team in an industrial facility located in Vila do Conde.

In this role, you will be the hands-on technical point of contact on the factory floor, ensuring hardware, local networks, and user systems run flawlessly to keep plant operations moving smoothly!

What you will do:

• Provide hands-on, on-site technical support for workplace hardware, including laptops, desktops, industrial printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and network protocols, administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, supporting switching infrastructure, cable patching, and connectivity issues.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in IT Support, Field Service, or Desktop Support (experience in an industrial or factory setting is a plus!).
• Solid technical foundations in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking (switching, patching, network troubleshooting).
• Hands-on hardware skills for diagnosing and replacing laptop, desktop, and printer hardware components.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools (ServiceNow is highly valued).
• Advanced level of English (mandatory for technical documentation and communication).
• Work Model & Schedule: 100% On-site in Vila do Conde, with availability for rotating shifts (07h-16h / 09h-18h / 14h-22h) and 1 weekend day per month (08h-20h).
